Assisted Living residences are not nursing homes and are not licensed to provide 24-hour complex nursing care; nor are they affliated with any religious denominations.
Levels of Assistance
LEVEL 1
1. Individualized monitoring of level cares and any changes in physical and mental conditions
2. Assistance with up to three (3) Activities of Daily Living
3. Towels are provided and linens are changed weekly
4. Daily Trash Removal and bed making
5. Daily scheduled activites and recreation
6. Housekeeping and maintenance of rooms weekly
7. Medication supervision
8. Supervision of three (3) nutritious meals and snacks daily
9. Provide special prescribed diet if needed
10. Assistance with transfer to skilled care facility or hospital (if needed)
11. Laundry
LEVEL 2 (PROVIDES ALL THE SERVICES IN LEVEL 1 PLUS THE FOLLOWING)
1. Assistance with more than three (3) Activities of Daily Living (e.g. bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting & ambulation)
2. Cleaning up and aiding with occasional incontinence

LEVEL 3 (PROVIDES ALL THE SERVICES IN LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 PLUS THE FOLLOWING)
1. Dressing, bathing, toileting & grooming
2. Support with ambulation frequently
3. Assistance with AM and PM care: getting out of bed
4. Aiding with clean up for chronic incontinence
5. Close observation of physical condition and close monitoring of whereabouts in a 24-hour period
6. Close monitoring to insure appropriate services are met for resident's health needs.
