LEVEL 1

1. Individualized monitoring of level cares and any changes in physical and mental conditions

2. Assistance with up to three (3) Activities of Daily Living

3. Towels are provided and linens are changed weekly

4. Daily Trash Removal and bed making

5. Daily scheduled activites and recreation

6. Housekeeping and maintenance of rooms weekly

7. Medication supervision

8. Supervision of three (3) nutritious meals and snacks daily

9. Provide special prescribed diet if needed

10. Transportation

11. Assistance with transfer to skilled care facility or hospital (if needed)

12. Laundry
