"A Funny Thing Happened At The Quick-Mart," is the latest work of acclaimed music video director and documentation David "Yarvo" Yarovesky. It is the story of a young man named Jay (Joey Kern) who meets Jennifer (Rachel Nichols) at a convenience store and does everything wrong. Each time he sees her his nerves get the better of him and he says the worst possible thing a guy can say to a girl; "May cause anal leakage?" But this is a romantic comedy with a twist. Yarovesky says of this work that he wrote and directed, "People will call this a black comedy, but to me it's always been more of a post-modern love story."
