The Awakened

Since the weapons have been sealed the sorceress has never been seen again.  It is said that she is still alive, now bitter and vengeful at the sacrifices she made to seal the weapons.  She is fabled to be buried within Lake Espoir, that is the reason that once the weapons are captured they must be buried within the lake.  If the weapons ever escape their confined home then they will continue their quest to wipe the earth of the beings that require reproduction and consumption to survive.  To seal the weapons permanently, the sorceress must be summoned to use the gems after they have been found.  The Gems are located somewhere in the mountains near the Lake Espoir.  They can be found in a cave with the crest of a centaur (half man half horse) on either side.

Three Bladed Sword (Nagamaki) - this weapons has all the qualities of a human being except the qualities which allow humans to live (breathing, need for food, etc.) Like the other weapons it has a main element of lightning and ice.  It's control of ice gives it a slight advantage over the other weapons.  To be weakened and captured the sword must be forcefully separated into three parts, two blades and an entire sword, if this separation is not done correctly, such as three blades and half of a sword then the weapon has the ability to reattach its parts or it would loose control and attack every and anything within reach. A person should be careful if they are ever offered the hilt of Nagamaki. It is know to turn on that person within moments. To take the hilt of this sword is to give it free reign over your body. It has been known to embed itself into the chest of a person and cause great pain if an attempt is made to remove it by force. Currently harbored by: SILVER MAYHEM-NOX




The Lance (Halbard) - Like Nagamaki, the lance has all the abilities of a human being and it must first loose all three of it's attached blades by force to be weakened.  It is also weak against water and is bound by the same rules as the other weapons.  It has the ability to manipulate wood and most of the land elements.  The weapon can also remove its blades by will power but the blades can only be separated from the main staff for thirty minutes at a time then it must return to the staff.  If the blades do not return to the staff then they will no longer be able to connect to it and they will operate at a separate unit. The rings around the lower part of the lance sustains the weapon while the other parts are separated however, though the blades of the lance can be disconnected, the top silver part must always remain on the staff.  The lance has the ability to call upon lightning in the form of gold not white.  If it attempts to call upon white lightning then it would become victim to Nagamaki.  The advantage of Halbard is its ability to change shape.  It can call upon the woods that surround it to form another type of weapon so long as the central part of the weapon consists of the lance. The Diadem (Asurae) - This weapon also shares the similarities of the first two but it is at a great disadvantage due to the fact that it is utterly defenseless against ice.  It is able to withstand the water but ice is its mortal enemy.  The three parts of the diadem must be separated and then encased in ice in order for the opponent to weaken it.  Water only slows the movements of the diadem thus it is able to move over small bodies of water.  The diadem can separate into three parts by force and by will and not be weakened.  It has two triangles which form the center of the circle.  The triangles are able to separate to form two units that usually operate as a pair but are able to fight as two different units.   The three sides of the triangles are as sharp as swords and are very effective when it comes to cutting into almost anything.  The circular part of the diadem is sometimes considered to be weaker than the other two parts.  It can spin and conjure lightning and particles of time and space to its aid (such as vortex and time rips).  As a combined unit the diadem is almost unstoppable.  When it is in this position the opponent's best chance is to insert a weapon of pure steel into the center of the two triangles at the possible loss of life because to come near this weapon at it's highest state is to ask for death itself.  Currently harbored by: SHANIRA




The Shield (TerraSpear and Flaxane) - This weapon contains two separate parts, the Spear and the Shield.  The Shield and Spear can be separated for long periods of time and function as two completely separate units.  Because neither of the two weapons were placed in the forest they are not bound by the water which surround it.  They are weak against extreme darkness and acid.  The spear consists of a main staff and a blade attached to it.  The shield is mostly use for protect thus the dominant part of the weapon is the spear.  Due to the fact that this weapon operates usually in secret and has not been as active as the others, little information can be provided on it.  Challengers have fallen many times to it's power and skills because they were unprepared...
