GENERAL BUSINESS:
Members
discussed problem of lack of interest in Association and low membership, A name
change might help as present membership seemed mainly to include Belmont Flat
residents only, Lack of an AGM for 2008 and the unavailability of financial
audit causes concern also.

and MH brought up problems of motor cycles using the reserve.
